Pricing and payment
All our prices are priced in UK pounds. Payments can be made by Master Card, American Express, Visa, Discover and pay pal all payments must be made in full before being dispatched. All prices and products quoted are subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice and all our prices include vat. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose I.e. installation. All of this will be shown in your shopping basket before submitting an order once the order has been submitted the order will then get confirmed by ourselves then payment will be taken.
Availability
All our items are subject to availability that is why when an order is submitted you will need to wait for us to confirm the order if the item is not confirmed which will mean the item is no longer in stock we will contact you and try and offer you a similar item in place of the one you have chosen we will always contact you first though to make sure you are happy. Once your item is confirmed we aim to be in contact with you within 24hours to organise a delivery date that suits you we will do that through the contact details you have provided through ordering. If you choose our Reserve and Collect service you will be given a reference number and details of your order. You will not be asked to pay until you collect the goods from your chosen store. If ever there is a delay with your delivery from the date, we have agreed we do not take responsibility for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses or organised caused by any delay this includes any installation we always ask for your item to be delivered first before you organise any installation if the installation is not with ourselves and we cannot be held responsible for any expenses.
Terms of sale and guarantees
All of the items we sell are sold as seen. All are items that are on our website that are brand new items should have no cosmetic damage and will be under the manufacturers guarantee you will have a booklet inside your appliance to register the guarantee with the manufacturers this needs to be done within 28days of purchasing your appliance if you do not do that we are not held responsible, if you occur any problems with your new items then they are the ones you would need to contact. All are listed graded items please refer to our graded guide on our website to help you with each item. We will also aim to take pictures of any cosmetic damage but in some circumstances, some may be missed...please follow are grade guide for your convenience, all our graded items will have different guarantees which you will find in the description of the item and whether they are with ourselves or the manufacturers. Our factory refurbished products again will be sold as seen we will try and take pictures of any cosmetic damage all are factory refurb items will have different guarantees which you will find in the description of each item. All guarantees exclude cabinet damage, misuse or normal wear and tear and unauthorised repair or modification to the appliance will invalidate the guarantee. We do not accept any liability for the loss of food from any cause whatsoever. All gas appliances must be installed in accordance with current legislation, failure to do so may result in your guarantee being void.
Cancellations
Here at Papa Appliances, we do understand sometimes circumstances may change and if ever you want to cancel an order, we ask that this is done 24hours before being dispatched and we will refund your money straight into your account. 10% of the total will be held as a transaction/ handling fee, this is part of our online agreement with 3rd party payment gateways.
Delivery and installation
We will always try our very best to get items delivered to our customers in a timely manner, however, sometimes unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or accidents may cause late deliveries, time slots agreed with our customers are guidelines and we cannot be responsible for unseen delays.
Our company policy states deliveries are made to costumers doors, however, we are more than happy to assist you further on the full understanding that any damage to your property or accidental injuries will be the sole responsibility of your good self, this will also apply to installation.
All goods sold over the website must be paid in full before processing delivery, installation costs can be paid on delivery. Please inspect your item/items thoroughly upon delivery or on collection. Any damage on your item/items that were not mentioned in the description should be reported within 1 working day of delivery if this is not adhered to by the customer we are not liable for any damage internal/cosmetic after delivery or installation.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason your item is found faulty if the item had a guarantee you had to register with the manufacturers you would need to get in touch with the manufacturers in most cases you will need to provide them with evidence of purchase your receipt and they will book an appointment to come out to you. If your guarantee was with us give us a call on 01902403770 and we will be happy to help we also ask for proof of purchase of your receipt and we will get the issue dealt with as soon as possible. If you believe your item has arrived damaged after delivery we ask for you to contact us within 1 working day of the item being delivered. We do not accept items back caused by faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, or consumable items
